A: Core customized products include: TWS true wireless Bluetooth headphones, over-ear Bluetooth headphones, neckband Bluetooth headphones, portable Bluetooth speakers, desktop Bluetooth speakers, outdoor waterproof Bluetooth speakers, etc. We support full-link OEM/ODM services: from demand research, product ID design, structural R&D, hardware solution development, software debugging, to mold opening and production, quality control testing, packaging customization, and logistics and distribution. Q4: What is the complete process for audio product OEM/ODM customization?

A: The standard customization process is: 1) Demand Communication (clarify product type, functions, parameters, budget, MOQ, delivery time) → 2) Solution Proposal (provide product solution, 3D design drawing, quotation) → 3) Sample Development (pay sample fee, deliver samples within 7-15 days) → 4) Sample Confirmation (customer testing and acceptance, modification and optimization available) → 5) Contract Signing (confirm order details, pay advance payment) → 6) Mold Opening and Production (if new mold is required, mold cycle is 15-30 days; mass production cycle is 25-45 days) → 7) Quality Control Testing (100% inspection + random inspection, provide test report) → 8) Packaging and Delivery (customize packaging according to customer requirements, arrange logistics).

Q5: What are the sample development cycle and mass production cycle respectively? Can it be expedited?

A: 1) Sample Cycle: Standard products (based on existing molds/solutions) will be delivered within 7 days; customized products (needing new design/mold opening) will be delivered within 10-15 days. Expedited service is available, and the cycle can be shortened by 30% after expediting (additional expediting fee is required). 2) Mass Production Cycle: Regular orders take 25-45 days (adjusted according to order quantity); expedited orders can be shortened to 15-25 days (production schedule confirmation is required).

Q6: Can the design or parameters be modified during the customization process?

A: 2-3 free modifications of design/parameters are allowed during the sample stage (excluding major mold adjustments); if it has entered the mold opening or mass production stage, the modification needs to evaluate the adjustment cost and cycle, and be implemented after mutual negotiation and confirmation. It is recommended that customers fully test and verify during the sample confirmation stage to reduce subsequent adjustment costs.

Q7: Can the core parameters of Bluetooth headphones/speakers (such as battery life, sound quality, waterproof of rating) be customized?

A: Core parameters can be flexibly customized: 1) Battery Life: Bluetooth headphones have a single battery life of 3-10 hours and a charging case battery life of 20-60 hours; Bluetooth speakers have a battery life of 8-24 hours (adjusted according to battery capacity); 2) Sound Quality: Support customized sound effects (heavy bass, Hi-Fi, noise reduction level), equipped with professional audio chips (such as Qualcomm, Airoha, Realtek, etc.); 3) Waterproof Rating: Bluetooth headphones support IPX4-IPX8 waterproof rating; Bluetooth speakers support IPX5-IPX7 waterproof rating (outdoor models can be customized with IP67 dustproof and waterproof rating); 4) Others: Bluetooth version (5.0/5.2/5.3), connection distance (10-30 meters), touch/button functions, etc. can all be customized.

Q8: How to ensure product quality? Is there a warranty policy?

A: Our company has established a strict quality control system. The production process implements 3 rounds of 100% inspection (incoming material inspection, semi-finished product inspection, finished product inspection). Before delivery, 12 professional tests such as aging test, drop test, waterproof test, and sound quality test are passed, and the defect rate is controlled within 0.5%. All customized products provide 1-2 years of global warranty service (specifically negotiated according to product type). During the warranty period, free maintenance and parts replacement services can be provided, and professional after-sales technical support is also available.

Q9: Do you support the use of customer-specified raw material or components?

A: Yes. Customers can specify core components (such as chips, batteries, speakers), raw material brands or suppliers. Our company will conduct quality verification on the specified materials to ensure they meet production standards and product performance requirements. If the cost of the specified materials is higher than that of conventional materials, the quotation will be adjusted accordingly.

Q10: What costs are included in the quotation of customized products? What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: The quotation includes: product R&D fee, raw material fee, production and processing fee, basic packaging fee, and regular testing fee. Excluded: new mold opening fee, custom certification fee, logistics fee, and tax. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 1,000 units for standard products; 3,000-5,000 units for customized products (needing mold opening) (can be negotiated to reduce according to customer’s brand strength).

Q11: What are the payment methods and payment ratios?

A: We support common international trade payment methods: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), PayPal (for small sample fees). Payment Ratio: 1) Sample Fee: Full prepayment, which can be deducted from part of the goods payment after the mass production order is placed; 2) Mass Production Order: 30%-50% advance payment, 50%-70% balance payment (paid after passing the pre-shipment inspection, or paid against the copy of the bill of lading).

Q12: Can you provide customized packaging? What logistics methods are supported?

A: We support full customized packaging (packaging box design, brand LOGO printing, manual customization, accessory matching), and packaging materials (paper, plastic, fabric) can be selected as needed. Logistics Methods: We can arrange sea freight, air freight, and courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) according to customer needs, support door-to-door (DDP/DDU) services, and be responsible for the preparation of customs clearance documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certification documents, etc.) to ensure the smooth delivery of goods to the target market.

Q13: Do you provide brand authorization or patent-related support?

A: All our customized solutions have independent intellectual property rights, and we can provide patent certificates (appearance patents, utility model patents); if customers need to use their own brands, they need to provide brand authorization documents. Our company strictly abides by the brand authorization requirements and will not disclose customer brand information and cooperation details.

Q14: Will the customer’s business information and product design be kept confidential during the cooperation process?

A: Yes. Both parties can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) during cooperation. Our company promises to strictly keep the customer’s business information (order quantity, price, channels), product design schemes, technical parameters, etc. confidential, not disclose them to third parties, and will not resell the customer’s customized schemes or products to other customers.
